Rob Goldman has an extensive background in real estate law. He brings an extraordinary level of real estate knowledge and skills to his clients. For over 30 years, as a real estate attorney in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, he has handled thousands of residential real estate transactions for home buyers and sellers, including negotiating and preparing contracts, title insurance and closing. Rob has represented business clients in the construction, financing and leasing of commercial real estate, and he has personally developed office properties. In addition to home buyers and sellers, clients have included real estate boards and associations, real estate brokers, mortgage companies, contractors and builders.
