When we decided to sell our home, there was no question that we would list with Robert. We met Robert when we decided to move to Venice in 2015, and after reviewing several websites, we found the Michael Saunders site to be the easiest and most useful. It just so happened that when we decided to make a house-hunting trip, Robert was the agent on the floor. WRobert is professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. I have been telling my friends and acquaintances about Robert Goldman ever since I listed my home with him last year. The selling experience with Rob, from our initial meeting through the closing, was easy, pleasant and quick. Every day during the process, I found myself comparing my prior selling experiences outside of Florida to the service and care that Rob provided in Venice. And there is no comparison! Despite the fact that Rob had many listings, I felt that he truly cared about mine. At the initial visit, Rob explained the current market, the process, and how we would price the house and market it. I am a licensed interior designer and I know how to best present my house for showings. However, Rob made some wonderful suggestions to improve the exterior landscaping, the driveway and the pool area. He also made suggestions about interior traffic patterns. He checked everything, even asking questions about the appliances. We agreed on things that should be fixed proactively and Rob discussed the service people that would be hired to fix everything on our list. I left for North Carolina and Rob checked on all the repairs as they were completed. He called me often with updates. He is a terrific communicator! He was at every showing and at the final buyer’s walk through. The house sold in 3 days! It is a huge compliment to him that the next year, when the buyers found my house too big for them and wanted to sell it and buy something else, they hired Rob! I am grateful for Rob. He was professional in every possible way. I had no idea how very special his service was. His advice was excellent. He covered every detail from the listing to the closing with proficiency and kindness. You have an amazing real estate company! I just want you to know that Robert Goldman is wonderful. The selling experience with Rob, from our initial meeting through the closing, was easy, pleasant and quick.I left Venice just before the listing went online and I returned to move out just before the closing. I have sold several homes in Dallas, Texas with Briggs Freeman, which is a high-end boutique agency. Those were also good experiences.Recently I sold my large mountain house in Cashiers, North Carolina with Sotheby’s Highlands, NC. The agent is reputed to be the top producing agent in the Highlands- Cashiers area.Every day during the process, I found myself comparing that experience to the service and care that Rob had provided in Venice. I called on short notice to look at a property Rob had listed. He showed me the property and sent me the listing information within hours. He was professional and well educated on the real estate market. I would recommend him to represent you during a real estate buying or selling process. It was evident to me he knows his stuff! Rita

Simply put, Rob Goldman knows the current real estate market in the areas he serves. We have both sold and purchased homes using Rob as our agent. Rob seeks to get the current market value when representing the seller and seeks to pay no more than the current market value when representing the buyer. As such, my experience is that Rob is an excellent agent to represent your interests no matter if you are buying or selling a property.

Our experience was 5 stars all the way through the entire transaction. We are seniors and have purchased and sold a number of properties to date and this was without question our best experience. Robert Goldman is truly an expert in every facet of realty transactions. Extremely knowledgeable, with superb communication skills.
